Favourite Visual Artist
I don't really have favorites... but anyone that makes me think or feel through art is great.
Favourite Movies
I like movies that excite my mind with the world that they create. Or ones that make me laugh.
Favourite TV Shows
A:TLA, LoK, Teen Titans, art competition shows, and intervention-like shows, like Hoarders and My Strange Addiction.
Favourite Bands / Musical Artists
Pretty much anything. I like music that puts a unique and original twist on music.
Favourite Books
I love a lot of series and books. But Les Miserables by Victor Hugo is by far the most powerful book I've read.
Favourite Writers
Classically, I love Victor Hugo, C.S. Lewis, Anne Rice and similarly. I also like a lot of writers that I've met personally at writer's conferences, but there's too many to name...
Favourite Games
I'm actually not a big gamer. I love card games, though. Pretty much anytime and anywhere and I'll play a game of cards with you.
Favourite Gaming Platform
Tables are preferable for playing cards. Or a variety of other board games. ;D
Tools of the Trade
Keyboard and Computer, or pencil and paper when I don't have access to a computer.
Other Interests
If you can make me laugh, we're pretty much friends.
So my DA account is looking more like a ghost town than anything else recently. I figure, if anyone out there is reading this, I would give an update. I'm currently working full-time and going to college for Economics. I originally wanted an English degree, then changed to Psychology before setting into Economics this semester. I don't do a lot of art anymore. I do casual pencil drawings that seem to never make it to this account, and I've done a few acrylic paintings lately, as well. However, I am always looking at art and have bought a few pieces lately from my favorite artists. So, if you have anyone good to recommend, but all means brin

I've decided to start a new series of deviations. What this shall consist of are just pictures of quotes that I have found. Quotes that have affected me profoundly and words by those who are much more wise than I. A majority of them will probably be by renowned and respected individuals like Victor Hugo, some of them will be by more obscure but no less wise persons. To those that are reading this, I plead to you to see and read these quotes, and to give your thoughts on them, because anything that you have to say is just as important as the words of Hugo or Pratchett or any other individual.

Okay, I'm not even done reading House of Hades, and I'm mad at Riordan. I didn't ever think I could be mad at him, but I am. I just read the part between Nico and Cupid. First of all, he's gay? That's a little out-of-character for Nico. From what I've read of his character, never has it crossed my mind that he was gay. Even while reading the first part of House of Hades, there was little inclination that there was going to be this turn. I understand that Nico has a deep affection for Percy, but can't a twelve-year-old have a case of hero-worship of an older-brother figure without being labeled as 'gay' for the rest of their lives? I know plen
